Surveys
allow a campaign manager to send surveys to existing or new
contacts/leads/accounts or any other custom entity in MS CRM.
Surveys
can be simple and consist of a single page, or more complex and consist of
multiple pages. Additionally surveys can be set up to resemble almost any
HTML template and contain quesitons in the form of radio buttons,
checkboxes, text fields or picklist fields.
Surveys are captures in a custom entity and associated with a
questionaire thus allowing the campaign manager to create generic surveys to
export to excel.
